Privacy Policy

This policy applies to SPAM tcfshcboy (the "App") at https://tcfsh.pages.dev. The App is a posting tool: a user enters a title and content, and the App sends the post to a designated Google Apps Script service, optionally repeating it. The App is operated by an individual developer ("we"). Contact: frmr@tuta.io.

1. Data we collect

We do not access your Gmail, Google Drive, Calendar, Contacts, or any other Google service data. The App only requests the basic Google sign-in scopes (openid, email, profile).

You can view the site and fill in the form without signing in. In that case, no Google account data is collected.

2. How we use data

To provide the App's posting function and identify the poster.
To keep the service secure, troubleshoot errors, and prevent abuse.
We do not use data for advertising, marketing, analytics, or profiling, and we do not sell your data.

Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

3. Sharing and third parties

Google: provides sign-in (Google Identity Services) and runs the Google Apps Script that receives posts.
Cloudflare: hosts this website (Cloudflare Pages).
Google Fonts: when fonts load, Google receives your IP address and browser information.
We do not share your data with any other third party, except where required by law.

4. Data retention

Submitted posts and poster identity data are kept in the storage connected to the receiving Google Apps Script, for as long as needed to provide the service. The Google ID token exists only in your browser's memory during your session and disappears when you close or reload the page. The App does not set its own cookies or localStorage. Google's sign-in feature may use cookies under Google's own policies.

5. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time by emailing frmr@tuta.io. We will respond within a reasonable time. You can also revoke the App's access at any time on your Google Account permissions page.

6. Children

The App is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data.

7. Changes to this policy

If we make material changes, we will update this page and the "Last updated" date above.
